Heat skillet on medium heat. Melt butter in pan. Tear tortillas into small pieces. Put them into pan. Fry & move to outside of the pan.
Fry bologna & add eggs. Add cheese torn in small pieces.
Fry until eggs are done & tortillas are golden.
