Let's Make It
To make salsa relish, combine peppers, onion, corn and cilantro; mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Cook sausage in large skillet over medium heat or on grill until browned and cooked through.
Place 1 tablespoon relish on each patty; cover with 1 slice cheese. Place between toasted English muffin halves. Refrigerate leftovers.
