1 bag (14 oz.) frozen shredded hash browns
1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic seasoning to taste
Seasoning salt to taste
1 1/2 cups Kraft Grated Cheese

In a large bowl, mix hash browns, soup (no water added), and sour cream so that everything is spread evenly. Add all seasonings if desired.

Put mix into shallow, rectangular baking dish, even out.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 minutes - 1 hour, until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle on cheese leaving 1 inch on sides during the last 10 minutes of baking. Bake until cheese melts.
