Original recipe yields 1 serving
1/4 cup oil
4 head garlic, crushed
1 pc. large onion, sliced
1 pc. small ginger, crushed and cut into strips
1 lb chicken, cut into serving portions
1 cup MINUTE rice
1 pc. chicken bouillon cube
1/4 cup DEL MONTE SOY SAUCE
1 pouch (200 g) DEL MONTE Tomato Sauce
5 cups water
1/4 Tsp. pepper
2 stalk s green onions, chopped

1.Sauté garlic until brown. Set aside. Sauté onion, ginger and chicken. Add half of garlic. Cook for 5 minutes. Add rice, bouillon cube and soy sauce. Stir continuously for 3 minutes.

2. Add DEL MONTE Tomato Sauce, water and pepper. Simmer covered for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally until cooked. Serve with fried garlic and green onions on top.
