Pumpkin roll
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup pumpkin
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup flour
1 sm. pack chopped walnuts
Topping
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
2 Tbsp butter

Let's Make It

Mix together all pumpkin roll ingredients, except walnuts. Grease cookie sheet and line with wax paper. Pour batter in pan and sprinkle walnuts.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until done.

Turn out on clean towel sprinkle with powdered sugar. Roll towel and all let cool, unroll, remove towel. Put topping on and chill well.

Soften cream cheese. Add topping ingredients and blend.
