In large pot combine sugar, cocoa, butter and milk. Bring to a boil for one minute, turn off heat.
Then add the vanilla and peanut butter and stir until peanut butter is melted. Stir in oats.
Immediately drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper or greased cookie sheet. Cool.
