Take about 15-25 pepper rings (more or less depending on personal taste) and with either a chopper or by hand chop up into bite size pieces. Mix cream cheese, shredded cheese and pepper rings together well.
Spread cream cheese mix onto tortilla then place ham on top then another thin layer of mix on top of ham. Roll tortilla up and put in container or dish and cover with saran wrap.
Place in refrigerator for one hour to become solid to cut. Cut off ends, and then cut each piece diagonally or straight depending on look. Serve and enjoy :)
