1-1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 box beef Minute Rice
2 1/2 cups water
1 can ranch style beans
3/4 can Ro*Tel tomatoes; or more if desired
1/2 lb Lil' Smokies; or desired amount, cut into thirds
2-3 eggs

In Dutch oven or large pot; brown, drain, and set aside ground beef.

Brown rice as directed on package. Add 2 1/2 cups of water and rice seasoning. Then add meat, beans, tomatoes and lil' smokies. Bring all to a boil, reduce heat and cover.

Meanwhile scramble eggs. When eggs are done, mix into rice mixture and cook until rice is tender and it has the desired consistency. The longer it cooks the thicker it gets.
