5 eggs
3 qt milk
2 1/2 cups sugar
3-4 Tbsp flour
2 tsp vanilla

Crack eggs in top of double boiler; beat, add milk. In another bowl combine sugar and flour, add this to egg-milk mixture.

Place on top of double boiler, stirring frequently. Cook till it coats spoon.

Remove from heat and add vanilla. Stir often while cooling to keep skin off top.
