Brown hamburger meat with onions; drain. Add veggies and soy sauce to your liking. (You can use any combo of veggies that you like.) Stir fry 5 minutes.
Spoon some of the mixture into a wrapper and roll tucking the ends in as you go. Seal seam with water.
Deep fry till golden brown. Serve with soy sauce or sweet and sour.
