Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 large stalk of broccoli
1 large cauliflower
1 large red onion
1 cup Miracle Whip Mayo
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
Raisins
Shredded Cheese

Wash and dry broccoli and cauliflower; break or cut off the head of broccoli and cauliflower, using all but stems and stalks. Cut red onion into very small pieces.

Combine mayo, vinegar and sugar into bowl and blend until smooth.

Combine all vegetable ingredients into bowl. Pour dressing onto vegetable until all is coated. Not runny. Add raisins and cheese to taste. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve.
