Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
(A short cut for the flour+salt+baking powder -- use 1 cup self rising flour)
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 stick margarine, melted
1 lb shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Sift together flour, salt and baking powder (or place self rising flour in bowl). Add beaten eggs, milk and melted margarine; stir. Add other ingredients and stir mixture together.

Pour into a 9x13 pan.

Bake for 30-35 minutes. When cold, cut into squares.
