Original recipe yields 1 serving
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp paprika
1-2 lb s round steak; sliced into 1/8"- 1/4" thin strips
1/4 cup oil
8 oz sliced mushrooms, fresh is best
1 med onion, chopped
1 can chicken broth
1 cup sour cream

Combine flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in bowl or Ziploc bag. Then add meat, coat well.

Heat oil in large skillet. Add coated meat and any extra flour mixture. Brown meat. Add mushrooms, onion and chicken broth.

Simmer over low heat for 1- 1 1/2 hour. Stir occasionally. Sauce will thicken, so you may add water to your likening. Add sour cream. Serve over hot noodles.
