1 lb sirloin steak(ground twice)
1 egg yolk
3-4 dash es Hot sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
Dash onion juice
Finely chopped onions
Capers, drained

Grind steak twice, mix in egg yolk, Hot sauce, salt & pepper, Worchestershire sauce and onion juice.

Form into patty or wreath and surround with onions and capers. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with crackers or toast points.
