1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup margarine
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
20 mint chocolate chips, coarsely chopped

In large bowl mix flour and baking soda; set aside. In separate bowl cream margarine, both sugars and vanilla till smooth. Add in eggs, mix well. Slowly add flour mixture till well mixed. With knife, coarsely chop chips, add to mixture.

Preheat oven to 375. Spoon mixture onto parchment lines cookie sheet.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, just till lightly golden. Cool on baking rack.
