Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 Tbsp olive oil
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, pounded lightly (about 1 1/4 lb.)
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cups milk
2 Tbsp white cooking wine
1 envelope Knorr Recipe Classics Vegetable Soup, Dip, and Recipe Mix
1/8 tsp black peppercorns, ground
4 oz Brie, Gruyere or Fontina cheese, cut into 1.2 inch pieces
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

1. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook chicken 8 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked, turning once. Remove chicken and keep warm.

2. In same skillet, add water, milk, wine, recipe mix, and pepper. Bring to a boil over high heat. Cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low.

3. Return chicken to skillet and sprinkle with cheese. Cover and simmer 2 minutes. Garnish if desired with chopped fresh parsley.
