2. Peel the eggs, cut in half lengthwise and scoop out yolk.
3. Set the egg halves aside on a serving tray.
4. Mash the yolks with a fork and add the remaining ingredients, except olives, and mix well.
5. Stuff each egg half and top with half an olive. Refrigerate until well chilled.
