Original recipe yields 1 serving
3 1/2 in ch thick slices French bread, cubed
1 head romaine lettuce
2 Tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
Dressing:
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp anchovy paste
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp black pepper, ground

1. Preheat oven to 350°F, spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Sprinkle bread cubes on sheet and bake for 10 min. Remove and allow to cool.

2. To make dressing, stir together the lemon juice, olive oil, anchovy paste, garlic, and pepper.

3. Mix the romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese and baked bread cubes in a salad bowl. Drizzle with dressing and toss well.
