2 Tbsp butter or margarine
3 large Spanish onions, peeled and sliced
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) beef broth
3 cups water
6 slices French bread, toasted
1 cup Kraft Shredded Swiss Cheese
1/4 cup Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese

Melt butter or margarine in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook 15 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring frequently. Add broth, and water. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Preheat broiler.

Ladle soup into oven proof bowls. Top each bowl of soup with a toast slice, and sprinkle with cheeses.

Broil 5-10 minutes or until cheeses are golden brown.
