In a separate microwave safe bowl, mix both cans of soup and add milk until desired consistency (remember that soup will be thinner when heated). Heat soup mixture in microwave and pour over nearly cooked chicken.
Simmer chicken and soup for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve with mashed potatoes as the soup mixture is awesome on the potatoes as well as the chicken.
