Let's Make It
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix ingredients into a large plastic freezer bag (easy on clean-up) mix all ingredients well in bag, add seasoning salt last.
Form into a half basketball shape and place in a non sprayed Pyrex metal pan or roaster pan. Add 2 tablespoons of barbeque sauce to the top of the meatloaf and sprinkle seasoning salt over the barbeque sauce. Then add about 1/4-inch water to pan but not over the meatloaf (so you do not wash everything off the meatloaf and take the flavoring off the top).
Place in oven. Check water level in about an hour to an hour and a half (especially if you add potatoes, or stuffing with your meatloaf). You want the meatloaf to be cooked so look for the top to be darker. If you choose your meat well done, leave in until the top of meatloaf is darker and crusty. Again make sure there is enough water in pan to keep from burning or getting stuck to the bottom of your pan. You can bump oven temp up to 375°F to get top crusty.
