cups 1 to 2 diced jalapenos (more or less to your taste)
3 tablespoons jalapeno juice
1 pkg small flour tortillas
1 jar picante sauce or homemade salsa

Let's Make It
Mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, diced jalapenos and jalapeno juice together. Stir or whip until blended evenly and smooth.
Spread a generous amount onto tortilla. Roll it up. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Take out, cut tortilla into slices about 1 1/2 to 2 inches wide. Place on serving tray. Fill a serving bowl with your salsa and place in the middle of the tray. Dip the finger-size piece in the salsa and eat or eat plain. Either way it's great!
