2 large homegrown tomatoes
16 slices bread
1/2 cup Kraft Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp grated onion
Salt, pepper, Accent to taste

Dip whole tomatoes in boiling water until skin starts to separate. Remove tomatoes and put in cold water. Let stand until cool. Remove skin and slice tomatoes, then place on paper towel.

Use biscuit cutter to cut out bread rings to match tomato slices. In a bowl, mix Kraft Mayonnaise, grated onion, salt, pepper, and Accent.

Spread mixture on one side of each piece of bread and place one tomato slice in-between the two pieces of bread. Garnish to suit.
