Bake pie shell and let cool. While pie shell is cooling mix cream cheese (softened), Eagle Brand condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla until completely combined.
Slice bananas and place on bottom and sides of cooled pie shell. Pour cream cheese filling over bananas in pie shell and top with Cool Whip.
Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
