1 can (16 oz.) cream of chicken soup
2 tablespoons margarine
1 cup low fat milk
1/2 cup low fat shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons onion flakes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper

Put frozen hash browns in crock-pot.

In a separate bowl, mix the following: sour cream, cream of chicken soup, margarine, milk, cheese, onion flakes, and salt & pepper. Pour over frozen hash browns.
