Put the butter in a wok fry pan. Place in 325 degrees F oven so the butter can melt.
Put the eggs in the blender and blend on high. While blender stays on, slowly add the milk. Once mixed, slowly add flour and pepper. Blend for 30 more seconds.
Remove pan from oven, pour the mixture in pan then add remaining ingredients. Do not stir. Put pan back in oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Put toothpick in center to see if it's done. Toothpick will come out clean.
