Original recipe yields 1 serving
2.5 lb hamburger
1 envelope beefy mushroom dry soup mix
2 eggs
1 box cornbread stuffing mix
1/2 cup water
1 can mushrooms
3 cans cream of mushroom soup

Mix hamburger, dry soup mix, eggs, stuffing mix and water. You may not need all the water, or you may need more, you be the judge.

After mixing ingredients, make into 1 inch balls. Brown meatballs. After meatballs are browned put into crock-pot. Add mushrooms and 3 cans of cream of mushroom soup and 1 can of water. Cover and set on high.

Cook at 4 to 6 hours; turn down to low last half hour of cooking.
