Scallop Oysters

1 pint oysters, chopped or ground
2 stacks soda crackers, crushed or ground
2 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp parsley, crushed
1 quart milk
Butter "pats"

Mix oysters, crackers and eggs thoroughly. Add salt, pepper and parsley.

Add milk gradually until mixture has a sloppy consistency. Dot with butter pats.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until delicately browned. Will sink in middle but will be OK.
