6 chicken breast quarters/or split chicken breasts
2 Tbsp vegetable oil/or canola oil
1/4 cup soy sauce*
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce**
2 tsp chicken seasoning salt/or seasoning salt - use less if you want less salt (I've seen low sodium varieties of this ingredient too! :) )
Salt and freshly ground pepper (optional); but freshly ground pepper is great!

Let's Make It
Wash chicken. Remove any fat under the skin, and clean throughly. Pat dry, place in baking dish and rub with veg. oil; even under skin.(this keeps the meat moist).
Drizzle with soy sauce/and or teriyaki sauce; under skin as well as on top. Then sprinkle the chicken seasoning salt or seasoning salt lightly over the chicken (under skin also!) ;then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake at 375 degrees for an hour to one and a half hours.Broil till crisp, and serve with Kraft macaroni and cheese, potatoes, rice or any other pasta; and vegetable of choice.(Acron squash dotted with butterand sprinkled with brown sugar goes perfect with this chicken.
