Preheat oven to 400° F. Place cereal in blender container, cover. Blend on low till cereal is finely crushed. Mix cereal crumbs and seasonings in large bowl. Add oil.
Dip chicken in water, shake off excess. Dip into crumb mixture, turning to evenly sides of each chicken piece. Place in foil-lined 15x10x1 inch baking pan.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
