Deliciously Healthy Chicken Quesadillas

Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 small chicken breast, diced
1 cup favorite KRAFT cheese
1 small can pre-diced mushrooms
Teeny bit sliced onion
Finely chopped green or red pepper, to taste (optional)
2 flour tortillas

Let's Make It

Put all ingredients (except tortillas) into mixing bowl. Gently stir together.

Warm up tortilla on a Teflon pan on medium heat for about 1 minute. Add mixture to half of the tortilla. (Immediately) fold the tortilla over. When the cheese starts to melt, flip over.

Serve with homemade or store bought salsa, and sour cream. Also very delicious with ranch dressing.
