2 cans creamed soup (your favorites in combination - cream of chick, celery, mushroom, broccoli, etc.)
1 soup can milk
4 large brown potatoes, scrubbed and cut into bite-size pieces
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Fresh ground pepper and seasoned salt

Spray a 9x13 cake pan with non-stick spray coating. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix 2 cans of soup and 1 can of milk together.
Pour about 1/2 cup of soup mixture in the bottom of the pan just to coat. Spread cut potatoes in bottom of pan. Wash chicken, pat dry with paper towels. Lay chicken on top of potatoes. Pour remaining soup mixture over all. Season generously with fresh ground pepper and seasoned salt.
Bake 1-1/2 hours (or longer) until top is brown and crispy. Serve with fresh bread and salad.
