1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 egg
1/2 cup rice
Salt & pepper to taste
1 head cabbage
1 small can tomato sauce

Combine ground beef, onion, egg, rice, salt and pepper. Parboil cabbage leaves to soften. Fill each cabbage leaf with meat mixture and roll tucking in ends.

Line bottom of crock-pot with extra cabbage and place filled leaves around. Pour tomato sauce over top. Add water to half of crock-pot.

Cook for 10-12 hours or until done.
