Crumble and brown ground beef until completely done, then drain grease.
Put ground beef in a medium to large pot. Add the vegetable soup and the water. Mix well and cover.
Simmer on medium to medium-high for half an hour or until stew reaches desired consistency. If it gets too thick, just add water. Simmer for longer for a beefier flavor or add beef bouillon cubes.
