1 medium zucchini, coarsely chopped (about 1 1/4 cup)
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (8.75 oz) corn, drained
2 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) chicken broth
1 jar (16 oz.) thick-chunky mild salsa
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
3 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 garlic clove, pressed
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
Optional toppings:
Shredded cheese
Sour cream
Green onion
