Original recipe yields 1 serving
12 cabbage leaves (large)
1 lb ground beef
1 cup rice
2 cans (6 oz. each) tomato sauce, divided
Salt and pepper to taste

Let's Make It

Boil cabbage leaves in water until slightly soft. Mix meat, rice, 1 can tomato sauce in bowl. Season to taste.

Place 1-2 Tbsp. of mixture onto cabbage leaf and fold. Secure with a toothpick. Place all rolls into the pot and add 1 can of tomato sauce and 2 cups water. Season to taste.

Cook on medium heat, adding water as necessary for about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours until cooked. Enjoy.
