1 can (8 1/4 oz) pineapple chunks, undrained
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin orange segments, drained
1 cup flaked coconut
1 container (8 oz.) sour cream
1 cup miniature marshmallows
Garnish:
Maraschino cherries
Sprig of mint

Drain pineapple, reserving 1 Tbsp juice.

Mix pineapple, reserved juice, and remaining ingredients, toss lightly. Cover.

Refrigerate several hours or until completely chilled. Garnish with maraschino cherries and a sprig of mint.
