Soften cream cheese. Mix the 3 types of cheese with pecans, Worcestershire sauce, onion, and lemon juice using a hand mixer on low speed until thoroughly mixed.
Shape into a roll with a diameter similar to a snack cracker. Sprinkle a piece of wax paper with paprika. Lay cheese roll on wax paper and roll up.
Chill in fridge for about 3 hours.
