Original recipe yields 1 serving
1/2 cup water
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs, unbeaten

Let's Make It

Combine water, butter, salt and heat to boiling. Add flour all at once, stir until mixture leaves side of the pan and forms a ball. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Add eggs one at a time until batter is smooth.

Drop by teaspoonful onto lightly greased pan - 2" apart.

Bake until puffed and brown at 400°F for about 30 minutes.
