1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 cup oil
3 Tbsp granulated sugar
Salad:
1 head red leaf spinach, torn
1 pkg fresh spinach (equal amounts with lettuce)
1/2 green bell pepper, julienne
1 red onion, sliced in rings
1 apple, cubed
1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 large can mandarin oranges
8 oz can honey roasted peanuts

Blend all dressing ingredients together very well. Set aside.
