Cook bacon as desired (cut into bite size pieces). Meanwhile slice round steak, green peeper, and onion into 1 inch bite size pieces.
Sautee green peppers and onions in skillet. Remove and brown round steak. Remove the round steak. Place soup, butter and flour in skillet. Bring to a boil stirring constantly.
Once mixture thickens, add the round steak, bacon, green pepper and onion to skillet. Mix together and heat for 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
