1 box Triscuit Crackers
Mint for garnish

Prepare fresh strawberries sliced lengthwise for one bite sized portion. Slice Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese in small chunks. Prepare about an hour prior and refrigerate.

Arrange Triscuit Crackers on platter.

Apply cream cheese chunk then slice of strawberry and you can garnish with a sprig of mint.
