Soften the cream cheese, room temperature. Run water over the shrimp to clean and thaw.
Spread cream cheese in a 11x7-inch glass dish. Combine the shrimp and the cocktail sauce in a bowl. Spread the shrimp mix onto the cream cheese.
Serve or chill till ready to eat.
