Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 lb ground beef
16 oz can refried beans
1/2 cup hot taco sauce
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
16 oz sour cream
3/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup chopped tomatoes
3/4 cup black olives, chopped
3/4 cup sliced jalapeno peppers
2 cups cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F. In large skillet over medium heat, brown beef; drain well. Stir in beans, taco sauce, chili powder & cumin. Heat until warm.

Spread meat mixture into 9 x 13-inch casserole. Spread sour cream over meat mixture, then sprinkle onions, tomatoes, olives & peppers. Top with cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
