Mix cake ingredients, put into two round greased and floured cake pans, and bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 min. Cool.
For icing, mix instant pudding with pineapple. Then add Cool Whip.
Frost cooled cake putting frosting in-between both layers and all over cake. Refrigerate, Yum!
