Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook noodles in water until tender, drain.
In a 2 quart casserole dish combine corned beef, soup, onions, cheese and milk. Add the drained noodles. Stir in. Top with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake 35-40 min until bubbling and bread crumbs are toasty brown. Serve with favorite green vegetable.
