Combine all ingredients (except cheese and 1/4 cup of the ketchup) in a large bowl and mix.
Take half of the meat mixture and press flat into a glass pie plate. Spread half of the reserved ketchup on top and lay 4 slices of Kraft Cheese on top of that. Flatten and place on top the remaining meat mixture and pinch together all sides, cover with the remaining ketchup.
Bake covered with foil at 350 degrees F for about 1 hour. Remove foil and continue to bake for 15 minutes. Place remaining 4 slices of Kraft Cheese on top and bake until melted.
