Lightly salt chicken and cook on indoor grill or in frying pan until cooked thru. Cut into bite size pieces.

Place pita pocket halves in toaster oven or toaster for 2-3 min on light just to warm, don't overcook. Fill pita pockets generously with chicken salad mixture. Serve immediately.
