1 (9-inch) frozen pie crust

Preheat the oven to 425°F. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, pumpkin, sugar substitute, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, salt, and evaporated milk.

Pour into the pie crust.

Bake on a baking sheet for 15 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out almost clean, about 40 minutes more.
