1 medium stalk celery, chopped (1/2 cup)
1 small onion, chopped (1/4 cup)
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup raisins
1/4 tsp paprika
4 Tbsp bacon bits
1 cup chicken broth

Melt butter in 10-in skillet over med-high heat. Cook celery, onion, salt and pepper in butter, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender; remove from heat.
